Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside a laundry bag. Do not bleach or iron.
Air dry in shade; tumble dry on lowest heat only. High heat makes plush clump and flattens the fill.
Fluff by hand after drying to restore loft and shape.
Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth between washes; air out occasionally.
Keep away from heaters, radiators and open flames. Do not place directly on a heating pad unless rated for it.
If vacuum-packed, allow 24–48 hours for full expansion before first use.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we cannot resell products, the environmental footprint of shipping returns back to us is unnecessary (and goes against our values as a business). Instead, we encourage customers who have ordered the wrong size to accept a replacement cover sent to them. Our focus is getting you the product you really want.
